Club Rooms & Facilities

The Bathurst aero club operates a modern fully equipped club room. The club room has on display aviation memorabilia tracing the history of the club and aviation of the Central West Region. Equipped with a large kitchen, restrooms, a small aviation library, office, bar, a large function/meeting room and a lounge area, the room is used for many of the social events held by the club.

With sweeping views of the airfield, the room is available for hire (for very reasonable rates from $200 per day) for functions, conferences, dinners, parties and other events. Seating up to 70 people in air conditioned comfort the club can offer RSA qualified bar service, audio visual equipment, projector and internet connection services. In addition there is ample parking facilities and level access for wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Access to the club room is available, from airside, for visiting pilots 24/7. General public can enter the club from the car park generally from 9am to 5pm 7 days a week. Light refreshments and snacks are available for a small donation.
