An information session was held on 29th December going through the new Aircraft Hire Agreement which goes live on 3 January 2022. A recording of the Zoom session is available for viewing below.

In short ..

  1. The existing booking system is still used to reserve the aircraft for the hire dates, (however it will be upgraded in the near future), and
  2. At the time of the hire, the Hire Agreement Form is filled out and submitted by the hirer of the aircraft.
    The terms in the Hire Agreement are mostly predicated by the requirements of our insurer.
